Return Policy

We’re happy to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on merchandise returned within 15 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If it’s helpful, Dance Gear can provide a return shipping label, and the cost will simply be deducted from your refund.

All returns do need to be pre-approved by Dance Gear. Just email us at Dancegearutah@gmail.com, and we’ll take care of the rest! You’ll receive an email once your return is approved and another when everything has been fully processed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following criteria:

• Returned within 15 days of delivery
• Unused, unworn, and unwashed
• In original condition with all tags attached
• Free of makeup & deodorant
• Pre-approved by Dance Gear prior to return

All returns must be authorized before being sent back. Please contact us at Dancegearutah@gmail.com to request return approval. You will receive an email once your return has been approved and again when it has been fully processed.

Shipping Time

All orders are thoughtfully prepared and processed within 2 business days, then shipped within 5–8 business days after processing.

Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays. During sales, holidays, or peak seasons, processing and shipping times may be slightly extended.
